Every special event we take on is fully planned and designed by our team. Planning starts at $2,000, with a typical total event budget of $15,000+. Each event is scoped to its guest count, venue, and design, with a custom proposal after your inquiry. Payment plans are available.

We plan and design the whole event: shaping the concept, sourcing the venue, booking and managing vendors, and directing florals, tabletop, and atmosphere. Then we run the day itself, from setup to the last guest home, so you can host without lifting a finger.

What kinds of special events do you plan?
Birthday and graduation parties, showers, anniversaries, engagement celebrations, company holiday parties, retreats, and anything similar. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
How far in advance should I book a special event?
We recommend 3–6 months for most special events. For larger or more complex gatherings — or events during peak NC seasons — reaching out earlier gives us more room to create something exceptional.
Do you handle smaller, more intimate events?
Absolutely. Some of our most memorable work has been for gatherings of 20–30 people. Intimacy doesn't mean less care — often it means more.
Can you work with a venue I've already chosen?
Yes. We're experienced working in a wide range of spaces — private homes, restaurant buyouts, outdoor estates, and galleries. We'll make the most of wherever you're hosting.
