Starting fees cover our planning and design only. Typical total budgets are what couples usually spend on the whole wedding, including venue, catering, and other vendors, which are contracted separately. Payment plans are available.

What areas of North Carolina do you serve?
We serve couples across North Carolina — including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Wilmington, and the surrounding areas. We also travel nationally and internationally for destination weddings.
What's the difference between full-service planning and wedding day management?
Wedding Day Management steps in during the final months to coordinate vendors, build your timeline, and run the day. Partial Planning adds ongoing guidance and vendor support for couples mid-way through planning. Full Service Planning covers everything from venue sourcing to wedding day execution. Style and Design Only is focused on the visual concept and details.
How early should we book for a wedding?
Most couples book 9–14 months in advance. Peak NC wedding season (spring and fall) fills quickly — so the earlier you reach out, the better. That said, we always welcome inquiries for shorter timelines when our calendar allows.
Do you work with a preferred vendor list?
We maintain a curated list of photographers, florists, caterers, and venues we trust — but we're never rigid about it. If you already have vendors you love, we're happy to collaborate with them.
Can you help with design only, not full planning?
Yes. Our Style and Design Only service covers visual concept, mood board, floral direction, linen and rental selection, and on-day styling — without full planning logistics.
